Remote Safety for those at risk
In remote locations outside of cellular (mobile) coverage, MySafe Horizon links a MySafe Home system and/or Smartphone to a satellite modem, allowing transmission of alerts plus communication from anywhere across Australia.
The satellite modem transceiver can be concealed inside a home or vehicle, while a small external antenna is located outside so as to connect with the satellites. This then allows communication to be possible from inside the home or away from the vehicle (subject to distance).
Via Satellite
The connection between a MySafe Home system or smartphone, to the satellite modem, is via WiFi This allows the transmission of an SOS alert, as well as access to a one-way or two-way communication via a paired smartphone.
